The band was absolutely perfect for the wedding venue with 90 guests. They created a very warm musical ambience which was enjoyed and appreciated by everyone. They are all skilled musicians who are at ease with each other, and Sam's voice is just something else, playfully controlled, delightfully interpretive of the wonderful numbers she chose to sing for us. Negotiating the gig with Sam was very straightforward, and Sam is a good communicator, and very friendly. They did a 6 hour car trip to get to us, which shows the level of commitment. I recommend them 100%."

We were delighted to have Sam Carelse and the Tim Wells trio (voice quartet option) at our Hampshire FA Grassroots Football Awards evening on Saturday 2nd June. "I was a joint organiser for this charity fund raising event where we hosted around 150 guests. I had seen Sam perform for several years now and as a performer she just seems to get better each time. Accordingly we had no hesitation in engaging her to head up the musical performances and as part of her remit, such is the esteem she is held by other local musicians, some of the best Sussex jazz performers signed up to join her on stage. The gig was extensive running from 5.00pm until 10.00pm but the audience stayed to the finish and were enthralled by a superlative performance.
